[font=Comic Sans Ms]Since JFK is my POE, i am authorized to work for 90 days. My question is, how long is the validity of EAD? Is it 1 year, 2 years or is it co-terminus with my VISA (k1) or I-94? Im on K1 and we're not yet married, so AOS is not yet on process.

Thank you.

Claudeth's EAD was good for one year but she then received her GC about two months after the EAD so it was kind of a waste of money for us to have applied for the EAD.

The temp EAD you got at JFK is valid for 90 days from the date of entry.... then it is usless...

You will need to file for 1 year EAD along with or after you file for AOS....

Marizylle,

Depends on the basis for the EA.

(a)(6) and (a)(9) are good for the duration of the I-94 - 90 days and 2 years from date of entry, respectively. ( c )(9) is good for 1 year.
