I submitted my I-130 to the Texas Service Center (since I live in Florida). I have received my I-797C. On the bottom of the form, I am provided with an address and phone number for the California service center. Does this mean that my application has gotten transferred to California (which, from what I read, is bad, because the system is not as efficient)? Or is that address and phone number provided on all I-797s in response to an I-130 application?

Thanks!

Yes all I-129F, and I-130 family visa applications have been transfered from Texas, and Nebraska to california. They have been for months.

See the California Center for processing times.

hi!

it doesnt surprise me. My I130 was suppose to go to Nebraska and it ended up in California. Does your receipt number start with WAC? It is very common that this happens. So dont worry
