I am here in the US on a K3, I want to go home to the UK to visit.

My K3 expires in May. I want to go home for a few weeks in Feb, do I need to get advance parole or is my K3 good for re-entry?

The K-3 is multi entry, as long as you return before it expires you should not have a problem.

Have you applied for AOS yet? Perhaps you will have green card before then.

thanks for your quick reply, no i have not applied for aos, was going to wait until i got back from UK.

If iget back in March I will have 2 months to apply before my K3 expires.

Then you should be good with your Visa, nothing special needed to visit UK.

Once your K-3 visa expires, and you file for AOS, youi will need AP to travel.
