My name is Maria and i'm in Scotland, I got married 2nd August last year in Nebraska to the most sweetest man i've ever met. He works and lives in North Carolina and i'm hoping to be joining him some time soon. We filed our I.130 in February 2006 but after 2 months of not hearing from TSC he decided to give them a call, too our shock they had no record of us ever filing a petition
so 2 months down the drain and i had to download all the forms again and mail them off to him, this time i made him re-file them by certified mail 
which they actually got this time. He filed our I.129F at the start of June and both were approved within days of each other I.130 - august 25th and I.129F - august 28th. Ive had my medical so now i'm just waiting for Packet 4 to arrive 
the final step needed before i am freeeeeee to leave and join my hubby 
Fingers crossed i get a November interview and am home in time for xmas
although being home in time for Thanksgiving would be even better considering TSC held us back 2 months after our petition went AWOL Maria
