Finally the time is here. I am leaving tonight for MTL. I have an interview tomorrow for an IR1. Any last minute suggestion will be greatly appreciable.

Take deep breathes, feel confident, don't take more things into the Consulate than you absolutely need, then have a good celebration after you have your successful interview and enjoy Old Montreal. Good luck:-)

Enjoy it!!! Elevator opens from the REAR!!! And the first window is sort of first come, first served!! I stayed fairly close to it. That window is where you will get your ticket number, thin k I was c2. Other than the normal dont bring a big purse, backpack, cell phone, electronics of any sort (yes remote car alarm!!) Have your interview letter handy for security. Have a good time

Good question, good answers. I have seen people say get there early, We have a time (9:30 am), does the same rule apply? Or like any other appointement 15-25 minutes early is sufficent?

You can get there early, its first come, sort of first served!! Even thoguh u have a 0930 appt, u can show up at 0730!! I showed up early and was out the door by 1015.

Sounds great!, We will probably be early from nerves anyway.

My Appt. was at 9:30 I arrived at about 7:15 was the second in line, it is fist come first served. Go early, get out early then enjoy the MONTREAL !!!!!!!!

It is first come first serve, BUT the window doesnt open til 0830ish, so if you do not hang out close to that window, others will take advantage of that and get ahead of you, lol There is no honor for some when it comes tio getting that visa ,lol
