Just wanted to drop in and say hello. I found this site a few weeks ago and it seems mostly fabulous. My wife and I sure could have used this site back when we were going through the K1 process. Was quite a challenge on our own. We are now in the "lifting conditions" stage and it seems straight forward so I'm not really sure how many dumb questions I will have. In any case, I will search the boards for exisiting answers and pray for tolerance if I must post questions. Likewise, I will try and be a useful contributor for others as well.

Please understand if I do not share personal information...I am not very comfortable with messageboards.

Hi and thanks for the welcome! I guess I should clarify...we are not actively lifting conditions for about a year I think. I was really referring to where we are in the nightmare and which forum we would be contributing to. We started this with a lawyer and found it to be a total waste of money since he was having me fill out all of the forms in "draft" so he could be sure we had all of the correct information when he filled them out for submittal. Heck, I thought since I was doing it anyway that it could not be that hard so I terminated his services and decided to go it alone. We had a few bumps, much confusion and two RFEs but we did OK overall. I found a site called Visa Pro that helped and I read everything I could to understand the system. Well, now we find this site at the end of our journey so here we are.
