Is your EAD from K3 or AOS? I thought you had to apply for AOS first or at the same time with EAD.

Since the OP is in the US on a K-3 (which is normally valid for 2 years, good for multiple entry), she may get the EAD without applying for AOS. However, her EAD will expire after a year and will need to be re-applied. AOS must be applied within 2 years or the applicant becomes out of status.

My card will expeire after 2 years according to the card biggrin.gif
