I just got an email saying that our K3 was approved. Took exactly 60 days for the approval.
My IR1/CR1 is at the NVC and the Choice of Agent and AOS fee bill have been sent.
What route should I take now??? Confused.

I'm in the same boat as you are... My CR1 is also at the NVC, I'm going to let both of them run their course and if I have my interview for the CR1 before the K3 I'm going to go with that one.

Congratulations on your approval!!! And I suggest you take Amarceau's advice.
As for me, I got too impatient with the CR-1, and decided that I needed my husband here with me ASAP. We've been living apart for 10 months now, and that's just too long.

My husband and I plan to hold out for the CR-1 unless the spread becomes too wide, in which case he'll come on the K-3 and go back to the UK for the CR-1 interview.
It all comes down to money and personal choice. Tough to know what's best, I know. Just don't second-guess your final decision, as either way you'll be together soon.

We're in the same situation as you. (See timeline)
If your IR/CR1 reaches the embassy before your K3 interview is set the procedure should be that they will not continue with your K3 but move ahead with the IR/CR1.
If funds are not an issue then you could proceed with both - you still have the IV Bill to pay for the IR/CR1.
You need to check on other peoples K3 packet/interview timelines in your country to see if you can predict where it (K3) will be when the IR/CR1 lands there.
