I just realized, I have sent a paper that is attached to the I-134 that I sent to my wife. The paper is attached as a continuation sheet of the form I-134 for the question that asks how many people I have filed petitions for. I have filed for my parents so I had to use a continuation sheet to write one more name. That sheet is not signed by me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! u think it may cause a problem. Please respond!!!!!!!!!!!!

We also had an attachment with our I-134 and it was not signed. We had no problems. Nothing to worry!

If you're really worried about it could you sign it and scan it and email it to her to have just in case?

I would be surprised if this is a problem. You say that you've submitted the extra sheet as a part of the I-134, the I-134 is signed.

Did you sign the first page of the I-134?
