My interview's very soon and I'm trying to be as organized and prepared as possible. I'm going to post my list that I have going right now and I guess you can see what you may need and others can tell us both if we're missing something. good.gif

*remember to bring the originals and photocopies of everything- just in case*
  • passport
  • birth certificates
  • police clearance/certificate
  • divorce certificate (if fiance was married before- in my case, he was)
  • I-134
  • DS-156 (I'm giving in both versions: hand written and electronic)
  • DS-156K
  • evidence of ongoing relationship (snail mail, engagement cards, pictures, phone records, etc)
  • I'm also bringing an extra copy of the DS-230 (part 1) just in case they misplaced it
  • extra copy of my immunization record in case it's not in the medical exam envelope
  • interview letter
  • updated letter of intent
  • medical exam and xray
  • 100$ cash (for montreal)

Hope this helps and good luck. smile.gif kicking.gif

My interview [in Vancouver] is in 5 days!

Do we really need to bring the the x-rays, or can we just bring the medical packet? I've read around that you don't need to bring the x-rays to the interview... can a Vancouverite please confirm this?

I didn't need to bring them for my K3.

I didn't bring mine to my interview at Vancouver Consulate ... One of the other K-1ers that was there for an interview the same day as me had her x-ray with her and all she did was hold it ... As far as I know they never asked her for it and I know they definately never asked me where mine was ...
