I wonder when they will make the valid form available ?
I need to file my I-864 very soon.
What should I do ?

Use the current one, they wont just stop accepting ALL I-864 forms because they don't have a newer one on the website. That dose not make any logical sense.
I JUST GOT MY I-864 IN THE MAIL LIKE TWO WEEKS AGO AND IT WAS THE SAME ONE THAT IS ON JAMES SHORT CUTS
OMB No. 1615-0075; Expires 09/30/06 is NOT when the form expires. That's when the OMB approval they gave USCIS to collect the information expires. The form is good until USCIS says not to use that version any longer.
NVC is still sending out this set of forms so they obviously have not gotten OMB approval for a new set yet.
I wonder when they will make the valid form available ?
