So my I-130 was approved and it has been sent to the NVC and a case number has been assigned................ All that was a month ago.

I have yet not received any Choice of Agent form nor the AOS fee bill. The only thing that the NVC automated blah system tells me that a case number has been assigned. I am not sure whats going on anymore. A freggin month has passed without any activity.

How long does it typically take to get these documents from the NVC???

I WOULD CALL AND TALK TO A OPERATER SOMETIMES THEY DO NOT PUT EVERYTHING ON THE RECORDING. FOR ME I HAD TO CALL TO FIND OUT THE DS-3032 WAS SENT.

HI there, take a look at peoples timelines and try to be patient, also the automated system only seems to be updated at the beginning of the week. I dont know whether this is standard, just how it seems to me.. why not speak to an operator as they will have more recent info???

if the DS3032 has been generated, follow the shortcuts here http://www.visajourney.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=117 and email it. saves you alot of time. saved me 2 weeks. i barely got the DS3032 and AOS fee bill yesterday but i'm at the stage where i'm waiting for my I-864 to generate and my wife is at the stage where they just generated the IV bill

You should call NVC and find it out whether it is generated or not. You can take care of DS 3032 by email after it is generated. Don't email them about DS 3032 before it is generated.
