MY spouse's DS230 (part I)more likely will be generated tomorow,since today is federal holiday. Can she use the downloaded form from the internet and send here to NVC???Any help thanks a lot folks.??

Yes, she can. But she will need the barcode cover letter that the NVC sends with the form. Are you her agent or is she getting all the docs? If you are her agent, have her send the form and the passport copy (biographical page) to you, so when you get the package you can return it immediately.
I donīt know if thereīs a way to generate this barcode sheet. Maybe someone else can give you more info.
