I'd like to find out which mail carrier the US consulate uses in Guangzhou? Is it DHL or EMS or China Post, etc? My fiancee is concerned that some carriers are not as diligent and may just leave the packages outside on the front door.

I will stand corrected if I'm wrong, but I believe it is EMS.

EMS.The package will have to be signed.Most of time they will call the receiver.but if they can't find the right address,they might send it back to the Guangzhou consulate.
