The only restriction is on her travel to the US. Otherwise you are free yo do as you wish.

you can both travel back and forth if you like. Just for you (the UK half) must have ample proof to the border officials that you will be returing to the UK on the date you say you will.

Your wife can visit you in the UK as she pleases, same rules apply. There was recently a VJer nearly turned away at Heathrow when she was going to visit her husband.

At any time that we travel, it is usually good idea to have evidence that you will be returning to your home country as you say you will be. As well as a return ticket, evidence should include a letter from your employer that you are on approved leave for XXX days, and are expcted to return to work on XXX day. A copy of some form of proof of abode, like rental agreement, or mortgage papers that show you have financial obligation in your home country etc etc etc...

All of this is no guarantee that you'll be allowed entry to the US or the UK, but its better than nothing.

My wife is Venezuelan and I am a U.S. citizen. we were maried and lived in Cost Rica during the K3 process. We also, traveled through about 5 different countries in Central and South America during the process.

NikkisPrecious,

Point of clarification: your wife may be petitioning for you, to establish that you are eligible to apply for a family-based visa, but you will apply for your visa not her.

Hello,
There is no harm in her travelling to the UK. Though it may not be a nice idea of you going to the US as they might raise some issues at the Port of entry while your case is pending at the USCIS for the K-3 visa.
