Hello-

does anyone know how long it takes about after I send in my Notification of Applicant Readiness form to the consulate for me to get my interview and then my visa, as i am wondering when i should quite my job, as i have to give one month notice and i want to leave as soon as i get the visa because i miss my husband who is now in the US.

Any insight would be very appreciated.

I have no idea what a "Noticiation of Applicant Readiness" is, but one thing I do know. Don't do anything expecting to get the visa. It may happen, there might be administrative processing, you just don't know. What is you quit your job and its another 2 months until you get the visa?
