iam having a hard time trying to get my co sponsor to get me the w2s just bcoz he thinks there is no necessity to get tht for me once he has given me the 2005,2003and 2002 tax forms even without the 2004 tax for my second interview just three weeks to come. is it possible i can reshedule the second interview and try and get someoone better to get everything for me ?

You should go to the scheduled interview. If the consular officer thinks, the co-sponsor's W-2 are needed, then you will be asked to submit them. You you get the approval without those W-2s.
