Can anyone tell me if what is considered Packet #4 which I understand will be mailed to my fiancee from the Manila embassy is actually called Fiance(e) VISA Applicants Appointment Packet? Also for the forms, e.g., DS-156, DS-157, etc., that come with the packet, does my fiancee have to submit them to the embassy prior to the interview or bring them with her on the day of the interview?

Bring to interview.
