I had received the 90 DAys EAD stamp @ JFK Airport.(K1 Visa)

When filling up the I 765 application for EAD, do I state that I am applying for 'Permissiont to accept employment' or 'Renewal of my permission to accept employment' ?

Qn 11 : HAve you ever been applied for employment authorization from USCIS? IS that a YES or NO for me?

You would put NO to Q11 and state I am applying for "permission to accept employment"
