Quick question: does that mean that the interview date came in Packet 3? From the timeline I thought that Packet 3 was sent and you had to mail some papers back to the Embassy and then Packet 4 came with an interview date? Can someone please clarify?

In Morocco, they dont do a packet 4, everything comes in packet 3. We don't have to send anything back before the interview either, Ahmed just brings it all the day of the interview. Im not sure how your consulate will do it, but you might want to check out the ME/NA forum to see some of the other who have been through that country. It's a really good group in there, very helpful
