my joint sponsor says he doesnt have the 2004 tax returns and ibut has 2003,2005,2002 and i would like to knw if there would be any problems at my interview coz he says he has misplaced it , also i need the irs number ?

You can call the IRS and request a transcript of your taxes. You can also ask them how to obtain W2's. There is a fee for copying the W2's. Look up IRS on the internet for their number.
