I would like to change my avatar and also put some photos in my photos file. But there seems to be a limit of 100 kb. I dont have any photos that small. Anyone have any suggestions? Is there a way to shrink photos that I have? Dont know what to do. Thanks all!

I use Microsoft Photo Editor to resize photos.
