After almost 9 months, we finally have recieved case number from NVC, AOS bill and 3032!
There is slight confusion.
1. I thought I will recieve the fee and my wife will receive form 3032, so she can sign it and return it. How come I have received both? Will she receive 3032 also?
2. My wife is in a country where post mails take a long time. Can I fax her form 3032 so she fills it up , signs it and returns it? Or NVC only accepts the original 3032 as it has some barcode and her name?
3. We have decided to have me as agent. I presume that means she checks option 2 on form 3032 ?

2. Your fax machine will remove the barcode and her name, leaving the rest of the form unchanged? Depending on the quality of the fax equipment at both ends, scanning the DS-3032 and sending a PDF file by e-mail might produce a better copy (depending on the quality of the scanner at your end and the printer at her end).

The thing is I have received 3032 with her name printed on it. Its been a while and she hasn't received 3032.

The DS-3032 is sent to both the petitioner and the beneficiary even though it is the beneficiary who makes the choice of agent. See NVC Flowchart
Your wife can email the choice of agent to NVC instead of mailing the form. Its not an official option but many have had success with doing it this way for almost a year now and it saves time. See the NVC Timesavers and James Shortcuts thread for an example email....
