Hello, since my fiancee lives in Caracas, I went to the Embassy page for the consulate located there, and it states that my fiancee should fill out the following:

Fill out, in duplicate, but do NOT sign, the following forms:

* Form DS-156 Nonimmigrant Visa Application
* Form DS-156K, Nonimmigrant Fiancée Visa Application
* Form DS-230 Biographic Data, part 1.1

Now, I noticed on the USCIS Example forms located on this website, that in addition to these forms my fiance has to fill out, there is also a DS-157 and DS-158 form. Since the consulate in my fiancee's country DOESN'T specify she has to fill out a DS-157 and DS-158, then obviously we don't have to worry about filling out these forms right? I just want to make sure. Can someone confirm this? Do different consulates require different forms to be filled out?

Different Consulates do require differnt forms. David's packet 3 (Frankfurt) included DSL-1076 (checklist, not online), DS156, DS157, DS156K, and DS230. If no one from Venezuela responds, consider doing a search on timelines similar to your own and send them a pm....

Try and ask this question on the Venezuela thread: http://www.visajourney.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=42 - you'll probably get lots of replies. smile.gif
