I made this so we can see the progress of the CSC to NVC K-1 petitions. It is for NOA2's from Sept.

thanks so much this is exactly what all the people need who are in the shipping waiting game with the CSC sending approved cases to the NVC.

From this time line it seems a huge batch is due to leave the CSC which will have approved cases from 9-6-06 to about 9-25-06 (seeing how the CSC works) I didn't included dates after the 20th of Sept because the CSC is not that nice as they seem to surely have a cut off date when mailing out big batches of approved cases to the NVC. (I could be wrong and I wish everyone up to end of Sept approved cases comes in the next batch, but were dealing with the CSC and not the nice Vermont Service Center).

Now for all those people who got approved on Oct 2nd this week from the CSC is seems all your approved cases would land up at the NVC in the second big batch after the one I listed above (again since the CSC doesn't send cases in order of date I'm surely not correct). So I would expect the second big batch to rang from approved cases with a date of Sept 26-06 to Oct 2nd or Oct 4th. (Then again if we could have used the Vermont service center most of all the Sept approved cases would have NVC numbers and the Oct people would be getting NVC numbers soon).

thank you gary!!

I read somewhere ( can't find it ) that NVC keeps cases longer that have a longer embassy
waiting time and for fast embassies they send it out sooner.
Anyone saw that ?

I don't recall seeing that or reading it, but I know that some US Embassy's in China have a 3 months waiting period so If your waiting for your case to get to China it probably gets held at the NVC since you have to wait three months anyways to get an interview. (This probably doesn't apply for Hong Kong). For most countries it is the standard 14 day process period from the time the US Embassy gets your case from the NVC to the interview.

Fantastic work as always Gary! I am a little concerned at the lack of Sept. 11 approvals that have actually reached the NVC (SbgWolf's is the only I one I know of so far) especially with all the NOA2s that have reached there dated after that. But hopefully the rest of us can fill in the timelines real soon!!! biggrin.gif Thanks again!!! And thanks to Luz for the lovely picture comment she left for me!!! wink.gif

Thanks again for the updated.. Now that the CSC has about 112 to 114 approved cases waiting to be shipped to the NVC the big question is when is the CSC going to ship them out? We know the CSC ships in bulk and 112 to 114 approved cases seem like a big enough bulk for us, but then again the CSC likes to make our lives full of stress.

So could next week be another big batch shipment from the CSC with 112 to 114 approved cases. If we included the Oct 2 approved cases the number would be much higher.

The fun continues.. (If anyone finds out from the NVC when a big batch is coming from the CSC posted the info for us!!)
