OK, so having received my NOA2 email notice today, the thing to do now is sit back and wait to receive notice from the NVC that they've received my file, yes? And if I haven't heard from them in a couple of weeks, it's o.k. to contact them to check what's going on? I just want to make sure I'm clear...

First of all, congratulations on your approval! I'm really happy for you!
CSC aparently sends the cases to NVC in batches. I started calling NVC one day after approval... called them everyday and sent them one email every 4 days. I know, it's a little crazy but I just wanted the damn thing to get there! hehe
The notice they send to you is to inform they have sent the case to your fiance's country!
Call early in the morning or at nigh... those were the best times to call, in my opinion.
Oh, when you call, you have to talk to an operator.
