Hello
My husband has filed I-130 for me with my married name now I am in process of filling DS-230 but problem is that I have to attach a copy of my passport with it and my passport is with a different name.Now I am pretty much worried about this thing that my passprot is with another name and my petition is with my married name.Can anyone please tell me that what should I have to do because all of my documents are with my unmarried name only petition is with my married name.I just dont want any delay in my process.PLEASE REPLY.

Did you include a copy of your marriage certificate? This will show the name change. I am not sure if this will cover your concern completely but it is the only thing I can think of.

Did you include a copy of your marriage certificate? This will show the name change. I am not sure if this will cover your concern completely but it is the only thing I can think of.

My marriage certificate includes my name before marriage that is differnet from the onefiled in the petition.I am totally blank right now.If any one has any idea about it then please reply me
