I am sure this question has been asked b4 and the search feature is a bit confusin to me.... I am getting everything ready to mail to my husband. I am just going to send him both I-134 and I-864, notarized. Im not sure which one he needs and I am reading in other posts, the consulate asked for one and they neded the other. Luckily this particular couple had both at the interview. If I remember it correctly.
I was just looking over the forms and they ask about an amount for you savings or checking.... I have neither. Not that I dont have any $ of course, I just don't have an account and I make well over the poverty level. When he has the interview is this when they look at the support forms, or is it at the consulate, b4 the interview or during the interview? Am I confusing you??? Im confusing myself..... How messed up will that be because I dont have an account???? I wasnt looking forward to get an account, either.
I probably cant get one. I havent tried, cuz I know my credit is really bad.
Im making over $30,000.
Will that be enuff, you think?
thanx yall!!!
