Hi,

We are planning to request for an early visa interview appointment (my daughter is age-ing out and we have another "personal urgency")...where do we get the form? where can we download it? Or can we email the U.S. Embassy in Manila... I looked at the consular website and found this: Consivmanila@state.gov ... can we email my request here?

Please help,

Did you write AGE-OUT on the top of your petition.. If not, then yes, an email to the consulate would be appropriate.

However, you should be aware that there have been some problems with those K2's that have entered before they turned 21 from subseqenntly adjusting their status to a permanent resident. Read Girona40's story to get more info. Expect a rocky road if you can't get everything done before the alien child turns 21...

i dont think sending them an email is the best way to inquire since as ive read in their site http://manila.usembassy.gov/wwwh3216.html

The Immigrant Visa Unit fax number is (632) 338-4129 and its
email address is Consivmanila@state.gov.

Due to the large volume of messages received,
it may take four to six weeks to reply to your inquiry.

i think it takes too long. although its not a bad idea to email them. but first option i think is call them or send some fax... i hope you'll have an early interview though in the end... wish u luck

it says here in this link: http://manila.usembassy.gov/wwwh3227.html

How To File An Early Appointment Request: Those requesting an early appointment may use the Immigrant and Fiance(e) Visa Request for Early Appointment Form (click here to download). The form, along with the supporting documents, may be sent to the Immigrant Visa Unit by fax at (011)(63)(2) 338-4129.

However, the (click here to download) cannot be accessed....is there any website that i can download the form?

Please help,
