I have a question on the OF-167 for Vancouver. Darcy and I are doing the finishing touches on his interview that is on Thursday. I was filling out the OF-167 and I didn't know what to put as his marital status. Under the line it says married/single. He is divorced. How should this be worded?

Thanks everyone!

P.S. Sorry I have been a stranger around here lately. We were in Disney World for 10 days! wacko.gif

I would put single - they can ask him further for clarification. GOod luck on your interview. I have mine in Vancouver on Wednesday, so I'll probably pass Darcy as he is walking in for his interview as we will still be kicking around on Thurday too. tongue.gif

Have they sent you Packet 3 yet? The Vancouver consulate sends the OF-167 Attachment (the one they require) with the paperwork in Packet 3.

If you've received packet 3 and no OF-167 Attachment, I would email them to get it.

yup, i got my package three at the end of august.
all that they sent was the checklist and instructions on how to obtain the DS-230 and DS-156.
nothing else.
they didn't say anything about the I-134 or the OF-167.
can you download the OF-167?

hmmm, weird.
i emailed vancouver asking them about the OF-167 and I-134 and they said that i didn't need these forms.
i am confused.
do K-3 visa applicants even need these at the interview?

K3 only needs the I-134 to the best of my knowledge. That's all we used == got our Visa. However our interview was in Montreal.
I'd email them again or phone.

I'd say no. I emailed Vancouver asking the same question, and they said those forms aren't needed for the K3. They aren't included on the K3 checklist, either.

Good luck at your interview! good.gif

Okay we are scrambling to get everything completed for Darcy's interview. I have one final question. Does he need to take the entire copy of the original submission of the I-129F? I wasn't going to send it with him since he already has two binders of stuff to take.

Thanks,
Jen

Edited because I accidentally put this in my original post and not as another question...... wacko.gif

I would take it !!!! Just in case. And the binders might slow him down going through security. I just put all of our stuff in a pile, tabed with a elastic around it in a plastic shopping bag. We got right through while others had to wait to be searched. Just a thought !
