Hello All, I have a curious question regarding the form G-325A. In the section where one must provide information regarding ones parents. My wife does not know when/where her mother was born. what should be the appropriate wording. It states in parenthesis (if known).. so I'm guessing it should say "Not Known"??? Please help. thanks

Correct, you can enter unknown. My fiance knew what cities but not exact dates, so we just entered the where but not the when.

Is your mother-in-law alive? If so, your wife can try to get the info from her. If not, write "Not Known."

No she is not, she actually was reported missing on my wife's birth certificate.

Simple_man is right. I wrote unknown in that space for my hubby. His dad was not on his b-c either
