One of my friend has this questtion..


I turned 21, 13 days after my parents got instructions to pay visa fee. Do i still qualify for visas or will I disquality b/c i am 21 now?

I think he or she should be under 21 when the embassy is issuing visa.

Depending on when the original petition was filed, the Child Status Protection Act of 2000 may apply.
