The embassy is asking me for these again and NVC says they gave sent this to Bogota already, that I dont need to take it to the intervieww, who should I believe? THANKS

Your other half should have copies of all that he sent to NVC, have him overnight you a copy of the form and attachments, take it all with you. Better to be prepared than disapproved or needing to wait for the documents.
