Hi,

I know it has been here few times and sorry if Im too annoying, but still I would like to ask...we just got a letter from UCSIS as we reqiered some info about are case because we have already been waiting for more than 120 days (the time frame in our NOA1 notice was 90-120 days).

The letter says, that they received our call and that our case is currently under review and that we should recieve a decision or notice of other action within 60 days of the date of this letter.

So is this good or bad? Does it usually really takes 60 days?

Thanks for the answer and patience with me.

A standard response to your enquiry. All it means is that they are still processing your case. There is no way of being 100% sure of whether it will or wont take the full 60 days (sometimes more) However there are members that receive that notice and are inproved within a couple of days. Two ends of the scale and much in between. I hope you hear something soon with an approval.

Standard response from them. Hopefully they will now do something. Good luck

When I got a "refrerral"(that's their term) from VSC, I was told I would hear something in 30 days............I rec'd an update in 15 days. It wasn't the news I was hoping for, but they did notify me within the projected time frame.

By the way-I had called b/c my case was 30 days outside the processing dates wink.gif

I am sure you will hear within the 60 days-fingers crossed for ya.
