Hello! My fiance just got his papers to fill out for the visa, and on one of them it says he HAS to know the address of where we will live in order to get his visa, well, I don't know that 'cause I will be moving in a few months, but after the date of when he will get his visa, advice?

The Visa is issued to the foreigner. I can't tell from your post who it is that will be moving, the USC or the foreigner.

Really? Which one is that?
Maybe there is an alternate explanation.

At any rate, any address can be changed at the POE when he gets here.
