Do the police certificates need to be translated in English? I thought I read this somewhere, but I can't find it anymore.

from what i gather everything in another language has to be translated..maybe someone else knows officially ..but im a logical person ....lol

Documents in portuguese or english don't need translation for Rio's consulate.
