Does anyone have the address for courier delivery? My package was not delivered because the courier stated they could not deliver without an access code for the door

You cannot use a courier for the Montreal Consulate due to security concerns (bomb in the package). You must use Expresspost through Canada Post.

Well that will be why...thank you, I wish they had mentioned it in the package somewhere!
