I filed for the I-129 for my husband and also his I-130. Both have been approved. I have sent out the Affidavit of support, and the DS230 Application to the NVC. I am now waiting on an approval for it to be sent to the embassy in Egypt.

However, 2 days ago my husband recieved his packet for the I-129. It is stating for him to send out my check stubs..but doesnt say anything about his sending out the affidavit of support. I only make 9 dollars an hour, so there is no way I can support him. My brother is willing to support him (I used him for the I-864)

Anyone know if there even is an affidavit of support for the K3?

I would also like anyones opinion as to which visa I should pursue...I've been told the I-130 may take years....

ok...but which one should i pursue...the I-130 or the I-129....

I have heard the I-130 is hard nowadays and the process is so much longer especially if it is for a Middle Eastern Male.????
