How is everyone. Been kinda busy lately getting everything together to send to my husband. And have a question about the pack they sent me. It says to bring originals. The forms they are asking for and I cannot find are:

OF-169
OF-230-I
OF-230-II

I have looked at all the forms and dont see them. I know they have to be somewhere.

Any help would be so grateful.

This is probably way too much information, but here is what I found. I seem to remember these forms being called something different in the Cr1 packet.

The application packet usually contains these forms and information:

OF-169 or UK/85: The main set of instructions for the application and interview.
OF-167 and/or I-134: Information and/or affidavit regarding financial responsibility.
OF-230 Part 1: Biographical data sheet.

Completing Form OF-230

Read the instructions on the checklist (Form OF-169 or UK/85) and quickly read all the forms. Then, complete and sign one Form OF-230 Part 1 for each person ( beneficiary and children) who requires a visa. Send these forms to the Consulate. They will begin to process the case when they receive these forms.

The OF-169 (or UK/85) checklist is a list of documents that you must bring to the interview.

For example, you might need your:

Passport
Birth certificate
Divorce decree
Police certificate
Photograph
Evidence of support (use Form I-134 from the sponsor)
Military records

The checklist will tell you if any of these documents must be translated into English.

Gather all of the items on the checklist, then sign the checklist and send it to the Consulate. Do not send the documents; you will bring these original documents to the interview.

rose, i responded to dan earlier. These are forms that you have already filled out unless your case would not have been completed and sent to the embassy. IF you read your interview packet again, it should make a note that the status of these forms are received/complete. THe embassy already has these forms from you. OF-230 I and II is the same as DS-230 I AND II. OF 169 is just the packet they sent you saying what you need to bring and what date your interview is. They are asking you to bring originals of documents that you haven't already submitted. these documents you have submitted them. The only thing you would need would be a new police report, latest tax returns, medicals, passport pics, and your evidence. The embassy would already have, his original BC, original Marriage cert, orig I-864, OF 230( DS 230 I and II), and you just received the OF-169. I hope this helps. PS i heard that there's a recent back-log at kamorass, so try to do your medical as soon as possible so that you would have your results in time for the interview.
