Good news! Congratulations!
Wish I could say I at least got my package #3.
But our case hasen´t even been sent from CSC to the NVC yet.

Do you have any idea what is the average processing time for the K-1 to be issued in Frankfurt after they got the case from the NVC?
We still hope for being together by x-mas but this hope gets a little less with every new day.

Hi paujoric,
After Frankfurt consulate received the approved case, it will go fast for sure. In less then two weeks you will get the Packet 3 and if you have all the documents ready and return the filled forms and check list then in less then two weeks you may have the Packet 4 with the interview date, so all the Frankfurt process may take 1 and half months. To speed up the process as I mentioned prepare all the document and returned the checklist as soon as possible and call the consulate asking for if they got the filled packet 3 and ask for a possible date for the interview this also gonna help.

Thank you so much for this quick answer and the good news.
This will give us some hope again we maybe though will be able to spend x-mas together in our home in Spring, TX.
Now we only can hope CSC will transfer our case to the NVC finally and from there it will get transfered to Frankfurt soon.
