hiya all......we sent back pkg 3 2 days ago.....can anyone tell me how long it might take to recieve pkg 4....and then how much time it is to the interview??...i am in montreal....so anyone who went throu the montreal embassy....thanks to all.... cause i am hearing a couple of months.....which i am hoping is not so..lol..

You can get your best answer just by looking at the timelines here on VJ. Just go to the timelines, select K1 advance view and then filter for Canada. Look at the dates for Packet 3, packet 4 and Interview, you can then figure out the time between these events.

Check timelines but for Montreal I would say settle in for a long wait.

thanks guys....from the timelines for montreal, i can see a 2 to 3 month wait....ugh....montreal is slower..than vancouver....seeing that montreal does 80% of the work....was really hoping for nov at least...might be dec thou...fingers crossed....thanks again for replying....u guys are great

billsgirl, I'm imagining a 3-month wait for a K3 interview. A K1 may be a week or two sooner. All I can go by are the stats on this site, which are scant, and don't take into consideration the entire universe of K visas (and others) interviewing in Montreal.

I've already spent all my energy and sanity waiting for the NOA2. Now, it's another 2-4 month wait. All we can do is remain calm, be sure we have all our documents, and have a plan to spend the time wisely. That would be opening another 2-4, eh?
