hey folks, curious, if you used I-864EZ, did you use tax transcripts only or did you also send in a copy of your W-2? anybody get and RFE for not sending a W-2 along with tax transcripts. I was planning on just sending the tax transcript as I'm over the 125% level, but don't want that dreaded RFE. also, i assume the NVC would send me an I-864, but it is acceptable 2 just use the EZ if you meet the requirements, correct?

I sent W-2 just to be on the safe side. But it's still took 7 weeks for review. Explanation: because I sent EZ form and NVC just transitioned to use new EZ form instead old i864.
