Happy Ramadan to my Muslim sisters and brothers.

We are grocery shopping tommorrow night. We need to stock up on some things. One of Mohammed's favorites in the morning is toast and cream cheese. This year I'm adding scrambled eggs cuz I need more than a piece of toast to survive the day. I am open to all suggestions of morning food.

Jackie, I like to get up in the AM and have some eggs with veggies, toast or bread rolls, a little oatmeal and some milk. If I'm just starved, I'll have a little fruit too but I really try not to stuff myself.

I hope everyone has a blessed Ramadaan!!!! heart.gif luv.gif rose.gif I'm so excited and happy blush.gif heart.gif

Oh oh! I finally kicked my caffine habit. Started by drinking de-caff coffee's and teas and now I only drink water and crystal light! I can't tell you how much better I feel! Caffine made me hungry. Now that I am not drinking it, I don't eat nearly as much as I used too. Good luck!

I think I've kicked mine too! Quit drinking it abt a week ago, am just now getting over the headaches biggrin.gif . Somehow, it doesn't seem to have affected my appetite! blah..... I still like to eat too much and wake up hungry - that is my biggest fear/challenge for fasting.... Inch'allah, I will conquer this too!
