Anna has her interview on October 5th and we have not received Moscow packet 3/4 invite letter.
I call embassy and was told it is not needed for interview. Does anyone else have experience with this?

Congratulations on the visa! So... Did they ask for the letter? My wife has her interview in 17 days.

No they did not.
It arrive at Ann's home in St Petersburg when she was in Moscow for interview.
