I have been to Morocco to marry and just came back recently. Now, I am thinking about filling papers as soon as possible as I am missing my wife so much. Any help about what forms I need to fill and also about the money. Is it $190.00 ”I think the first form is I-130”. I know a lot of members got married in Morocco and know this process very well.
Thanks

There are wonderful guides on Visa Journey for filing K-3 visas, CR-1/IR-1 visas, and DCF (direct consular filing).... I found them to be very helpful when deciding what to file and how. I think you'll find that reading these will help you understand the process better and be able to ask more specific questions. Also, there is loads of information on filing petitions and such if you use th search function.

Please refer to the Visa FAQ tab at the top of the page and the Guides tab as well... you will find a wealth of info there. Then ask questions of a specific nature if you need further help. Good luck...

Do the I-130 and follow the instructions to the letter, even including the certified translation form,if needed. If there is an USCS office near you, I recommend going there to show them your petition and/or to ask any questions about preparing it because sometimes they know better than what it posted online. The instructions I got (I'm in Colorado) said I was to send our I-130 to Nebraska, but it was actually supposed to go to California, and I learned that from the local USCIS office. Saved us a lot of time!

Thanks guys.
Before I sent my papers I will go to our local Immigrations office to make sure everything is right. Here is more specific question. Do I send the forms with the original translation of our Aqd of Zawaj “ Our aqd is in Arabi " or just copies of the translation?
