Because she left the country without permission from immigration, she was deemed to have abandoned her immigrant applications and they had to start all over again from the beginning - from outside of the US. Correct, she was already here in the U.S.. As of yesterday, our package was completed at the NVC. They said they sent a request to Montreal for expdited services, hope this goes well. Canada is really starting to give me hard time about going back and fourth, they have been starting to accuse me of trying to immigrate, this is probably because I can not go every weekend. Guess now we wait for a date?
