For some reason I am still confused and maybe too anxious about making sure my fiance
has absolutely everything he needs for the embassy.
As suggested in the guides I did not copy everything before signing and send in the original
foms after making copies AFTER I signed them to keep here for later.
This is what I have send him or will send him, anything missing?

129F copy.
G325A my form, copy....does he need this?
Divorce decree, copy.
RFE,NOA2 when I get it, copies.
My Letter of intent to marry,NOTARIZED, updated. Does he really need to show his intent in a letter?
I 134, NOTARIZED
Bank letter, copy.
Taxes, copies.
Bank statements, ORIGINALS and copies.
Selfemployed state bussines license, copy.
Naturalization/UScitizen cert. proof, passport pages, copies.

Copies and originals of emails, chats, cards, engagement cards from friends, phone bills, ticket, itinerary, photos
with landmarks in background.

He needs:

Police cert.
Birthcertificate,original
Death certificate of former spouse,original
Passport
passport photos, 2
DS 156 2 originals or 1 as copy?
157
DS 156K

I get lost with the embassy stuff and can't seem to grasp the obvious, sorry.

Can anyone troubleshoot my list.......what wrong or missing or needs to be notarized or the original?
I know each case and embassy is different but I want him to be fully prepared and rather have too much than not enough. We will have Senegal,W. Africa as embassy where he has to fly to and heaven forbid
he missed something and has to fly back to submit it for a second time!!!
Sorry, but I seem to have less neuron pathways lately.... smile.gif

The documents originally submitted in the I-129F are not REQUIRED at the interview, but might come in handy in case the consulate misplaces something. For that reason many couples send copies of the original package submitted.
Same goes for RFE and NOA2. They are not NEEDED. You will need the NOA2 for the AOS so keep it safe.

Your documents for the I-134 seem accurate, as well as the proof of relationship.

On your part I'd say you're set.

Now on his part you should check his embassy's site for documents required since I could only say for sure if he was from Brasil.
