I have my 130 approved on 9/12/06 and k-3 is pending, now I am thinking about possibilities as follows:
1. I 130 remains in lead and my wife comes to US with CR-1 visa, ( I wish this happens)
2. K-3 takes the lead while I 130 is at the NVC, now what do I do my dear VJ's? Can my wife go through k-3 interview get visa and see how long 130 will take? If I-130 is close can she go back for I-130 without coming to us?
If 130 is far then can she come to US and go back for I-130 interview???
3. K-3 takes a lead after I-130 left NVC, then I will forget about k-3 right???
