Its been 90 days so I decided to call my congress Lady, Capito.
The young woman working on my case told me I should have received an RFE by now.
She called again today and the USCIS people told her it would be sent today.
I wish I had more information to share as to why I never received an RFE but I do not.
Shelley Capito's people are definitely helping and its a good feeling to know something is happening.
