hi everyone i just wanted to let everyone know i fly out tomorrow. I leave JFK at 11pm tomorrow night and get into Beirut at 10pm Thursday. I cant wait to see my Habibi!
i am all packed and ready to go, i think i am over on my weight limit, hopefully they will be a little leinent on it if im not toooo over................we shall see lol
so i prolly wont be around for about 3-4days cause i need to spend some good time with my hubby after not seeing him since July 23rd.

has anyone traveled with Royal Jordanian?? i am freakin out about my baggage bein over weight by 5-10lbs each.......ive packed and repacked several times and i cant seem to make em any lighter

thanks all!! i will be heading to the airport with my family in a few hours, my flight doesnt leave until 11pm but i need to be there about 7pm and its a 5hr drive. i will chk in when i can.
i really think that one suitcase is heavier then the other, we will try to get them weighed before we go so i have some sort of idea. thanks

Great tip about the overweight bags ! 
I have flown Royal Jordanian several times -- overall, I've found them to be very good -- with excellent security, and efficient and courteous personnel. It is my preferred airline to the Middle East, and their direct Chicago-Amman flight is very convenient.
LOL a little story from my experiences.... Now RJ can fly directly over Israeli airspace instead of going around, due to Jordan's peace agreement with Israel. The first time I flew with them, I was quite started to hear the pilot give one of his routine announcements: "We are now flying over occupied Jerusalem." That's something you won't hear on a lot of other carriers

that way it cost you much cheaper. Just a thought because,
its gonna be cheaper sending some items FEDEX vs the cost
of the OVER limit. because, you are traveling on a airline vs using
